The Site is operated by Delancy AI Limited ("Delancy", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16917509.
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to it;
- introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
- use any automated system to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce, or that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or
- misuse any demonstration environment, sample data, or interactive tool provided on the Site.
3. Demonstrations, tools, and interactive content
The Site may include product demonstrations, interactive tools, sample workflows, and AI-assisted features (including chat and voice agents). These are provided for illustration and information only. Any output generated by an automated or AI-assisted feature may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or other advice. We make no guarantee that any demonstration reflects the exact behaviour of a system we would build for you.
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it (including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and the arrangement of content) are owned by us or our licensors. These works are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your own internal reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
5. No advice and no reliance
The content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site up to date, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete, or current.
6. Services and separate agreements
The Site describes services we offer, including workflow systems, AI agents, and engineering work. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services. Any services we provide to you will be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal agreed between us. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and such a separate agreement, the separate agreement will prevail in respect of those services.
7. Links to other sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the paragraph above, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or your reliance on any content on it. Where you use the Site as a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Changes to these Terms and the Site
We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you. We may also update or change the content of the Site, or restrict access to it, at any time and without notice.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
