Proposal
A proposal arrives in your inbox within 48 hours of the discovery call. Defined scope. Defined cost. Defined deliverable. You approve it or you do not, nothing proceeds without your sign-off. No hourly rates, no cost uncertainty, no surprises on the invoice.
Design and Build
We map your process in detail and build the system around it. For workflow systems: your stages, your terminology, your rules and exceptions. For AI agents: the inputs, the outputs, the criteria for human review. Not a template adapted to roughly fit, a solution that reflects your actual operation.
Deploy and Validate
The system goes live in your environment. We test it against real work, resolve anything that needs adjusting, and get your sign-off before we consider it done. Your team is trained on it before handover.
